Ciao! My name is Giampiero Romani. I am an Italian born chef, living here in Suffolk.


You might know me from selling my artisan Italian patisserie at Hartest Farmers’ Market, from my group pasta workshops at Duck in Boots in Sudbury,  from one of my private cooking lessons or from my trattoria-style Italian evenings in the local area.

However you know me and whatever class you take, you will learn the art of making fresh pasta, using skills and traditions passed down by generations of cooks in my family.


Whether in your home with family and friends or at one of my community workshops, you can now learn to Cook like the Italians...
